Trade Infosystems Private Limited (TIPL) is committed to safeguarding its users' privacy. We request all our users to read the following 'privacy policy and terms' to understand how their personal & business information will be treated

Collection and Use of Information

The visitors registering their business on the web site/portal will be asked for their details. The data will be used to display/published throughout the marketplace, including but not limited to, business directory, product listings and catalogues etc.

Once the user's business and product information is displayed on our network, the user may start receiving business enquiries through email, phone calls or SMS notifications, from various buyers and sellers that might or might not be of their interest. TIPL does not exercise any control over its users for sending business enquiries to the listed members. 

The provision is there to deactivate the registration from the web site for registered members, if they want to to do so, at any time. It can be easily done from their account (i.e., MyAccount).

Protection of information

TIPL does not display user email addresses on marketplace to avoid extraction by email extractors. 

TIPL do not sell any data in bulk to third party that can be misused for telemarketing or bulk mailing or any other wrong purposes. In addition, TIPL does not sell any user's personal information

Policy for Direct Enquiries / Open Enquiries / Leads

Open Enquiries posted by the buyers on portal is for its listed free or paid members and provided to them without any extra per enquiry/lead cost. TIPL does not sell any Open Enquiry or leads.

All open enquiries will be available as soon as approved by the team, as per plans taken by the members. The free members can take those enquiries after four days of approval, if they are listed for the same product/keyword, i.e., the free members are allowed to take upto 10 open enquiries per month from the "Enquiry Store" for up to 100 products/keywords they have listed in this portal. This offer for the free members is currently available till 31st December, 2017. The offer may or may not be extended.

Although all the direct enquiries posted to any free or paid member will be available to them without any limitation. The non-enquiry messages (i.e., promotional,test messages etc.) posted by the visitors/members may/may not be delivered even posted directly to any member.

The company (TIPL) or any of its staff/team member will not be responsible for the content of message posted by any visitor/member, in any case.
